WHAT BEST ? TO LOSS WEIGHT FAST...?

                    


 Without taking tablets or going on diet programs. ideas on how to loss weight while being a student who doesn't have time to go to the gym.


When you are losing weight you should exercise and diet together. if you exercise without dieting you will get bigger appetite, which will lead to increase of weight or muscle grow.

Underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. if you diet without exercising  you will become flabby and will have excess skin. for diet , go wheat free. NO pasta, pizza, bread and so on . and no food after 7 pm . 

People achive marbles result with it. depending on your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 8 kg a month.

If you dont eat junk food and you dont eat all those sticky fatty gooey cakes you don't eat biscuits. but your diet is still balanced. it cost nothing and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. 

For exercising start with walking and then switch to running/ jumping, jogging.

Running is the most efficient and calorie burn exercise ever. if you are overweight a lot walk first or you may have health complication { heat attack disjointed bones and so on } . weight lifting is a good means to target your problems areas for men and women. 

It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder  or even join a gym a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problems areas { stomach , butt, legs, arms, chest}. I have started this diet lifestyle change in the middle of August at 140Ibs, and now at 117Ibs.

Try This and STICK TO IT.

 The first 2-3 weeks are the handset until your body adjust to the change. result will be in about the same time.

Fruits and Veggies   


 Eat more plants and keep away from stuff that was made in plants.

Don't eat anything that comes in a can box or package..

They have additives in them that make you addicted to the food.

If man made it don't eat it.

No white bread or sugar.:

No pizza, I'm in the pizza business, and it is not good for you very high in FAT and CALORIES.

No Fried Food

Stay away from FAST FOODS

No pop, soda, fizzy cold  drinks

Walk daily with your dog or your friend dog everyday 

Don't think of it as a diet but think of it as a lifestyle change.


I have lost 12.7kg in a 3 months, drink lost of water.

  4. Skipping 
  5. Eat small meals below 4 times per day
  6. Don't eat fast-food, sweets, soda, bread, cake , ice-cream, pizza, pasta, nasta, and non veg's
  7. Eat fruits, and veg 
  8. Eat daily lemon rice and lemon juice
  9. Play to football
  10. Swimming.
