BEST WAY TO LOSS WEIGHT FAST
PROVABLY FAST RESULT:
Hi I know someone that I hold dear but that person know how much I care for them. I currently weight 270 and I want to lose this fat and get skinny and I, have the absolute determination for this. I'm willing to do any think to lose it but I don't know anything about losing weight. I'm a 22 years old male and my height is about 5.5. I want to be a skinny with a year or less... please guys I need your help. I'm also currently taking one a day the weight control version or something to make get some vitamins or carbs but I don't know anything about it ..... I would also be willing to so weight lifting or w/e..
If you try to loss weight ''Really fast'' you are going to fail or be severely disappointed the average overweight person can loss a maximum of 1-2 lbs per week safely and effectively. since you are so fat you might be able to loss more fat than this per week, but your rate will slow as you get thinner. weight lifting is a great way to loss fat. the number on the scale will not drop as fast but that is because some of the weight you loss in fat is being replaced by weight gained in muscle.
To lose weight:
- Don't believe those fad diets diet pills are gimmicks, yes acaiberries/ pills/ juice is a fad diet.
- Do not starve yourself unless you are 4.5 feet tall , a 1,200 calorie a day diet is dangerous and wont work in the long run.
- calculate your BMR do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level.
- Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your basal metabolic rate (BMR), your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight.
- Eat 4-5 small meals a day. this keeps your metabolism up. each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein.
- Drink at least 60oz (84oz classes) of water a day. no soda that include diet soda.
- Do light moderate cardio 3 - 5 times a week for 30 - 45 minutes each time running every day one kilometer (1000 meter) up , down or cycling , and sipping 100 times every day.

- Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. dont worry; you wont look like that hulk if you lift weights.
- You should lose about 1-2 lbs (45-9kg) per week. if you lose more that that , chances are the rest is stool water weight, or even muscle mass.
- Weight your self only once a week at the same time (ex: every Friday morning). your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements.
- Be patient and be smart. if you follow this guidelines you will be very happy with your results.
